"Notice" pointed out that, in order to implement the autonomous region's health and poverty alleviation related policies, for the poor flag county, border flag county, three minority ethnic flag county to participate in training personnel, according to the specific actual needs, the training object can be expanded to have Western medicine, Mongolian medicine, Chinese medicine category of medical practitioners qualification examination qualification requirements, and access to Western medicine, Mongolian medicine, Chinese medicine professional adult specialty and above.
"Notice" requires that the training bases should effectively strengthen the training of assistant general practitioners of the organization leadership, the implementation of the president of the "first-in-command" of the overall responsibility, in charge of the president of the specific responsibility system.
