The main construction content of the project is: an epoxy soft resin production line with an annual output of 50,000 tons and its supporting public and auxiliary projects, mainly including epoxy resin main workshop, loading section and packaging room, storage tank area, loading and unloading station, pump room, electricity Control building, air compressor, nitrogen generator, refrigerating machine room, circulating water station, Class A warehouse, etc.

The main content of this conversion project is to add 50,000 tons of epoxy soft resin production capacity, cancel PMA production capacity of 50,000 tons, and cancel production capacity of ethyl acetate and butyl acetate of 10,000 tons each.

After the conversion is completed, the product plan of the whole plant is: 120,000 tons/year epoxy resin, 5,000 tons/year acrylic resin, 10,000 tons/year alkyd resin, and 150,000 tons/year water-based acrylic emulsion.

After the conversion of the project is completed, the newly added 50,000 tons of epoxy soft resin products, plus the original 70,000 tons of epoxy resin products in the plant, will bring the total production capacity of epoxy resin to 120,000 tons.
