In order to eliminate the hidden food safety hazards on campus and its surroundings, the Market Supervision Bureau of Donglin New District, Fuzhou City, Jiangxi Province, recently combined with the food safety "guarding the bottom line, investigating hidden dangers, and ensuring safety" action, and jointly organized a special inspection
of food safety in and around the campus in conjunction with the District Public Service Bureau and other departments.
This special inspection focuses on detailed inspections
from the aspects of environmental sanitation of food processing sites, lighting and certificate holders, food safety management system, implementation of main responsibilities, health and training of employees, as well as raw material storage, processing operations, evidence and ticket requests, cleaning, disinfection and cleaning, food sample retention, and bright kitchen and stove.
Canteen employees are required to standardize the wearing of masks, adhere to daily morning inspection and registration, and other epidemic prevention and control related requirements
.
At the same time, high-risk foods such as seasoned noodle products, dairy products, fried snacks and bulk snacks sold in grocery stores, commissaries and other food stores around the campus were inspected, and the problems found in the inspection were ordered to be rectified within a time limit, and violations of laws and regulations such as expired food and "three no" food were severely cracked down
.
In this special inspection, a total of 35 law enforcement personnel were dispatched to inspect 9 school canteens, 14 food and catering outlets around the school, and 11 problems were found and rectification was
completed.
In the next step, the bureau will continue to carry out full-coverage special inspections of school canteens in its jurisdiction, focus on food safety on campus and surrounding areas, strengthen food safety supervision, and effectively ensure the food safety
of teachers and students.
