On the evening of December 24, Jingfeng pharmaceutical announced that it planned to transfer 100% equity of Chengdu Jinsha hospital Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, to Deyang fifth hospital at a price of 150 million yuan The two parties agreed that Jingfeng pharmaceutical could distribute 15 million yuan of the accumulated undistributed profits of Jinsha hospital before the benchmark date, and the transaction consideration after distribution was adjusted to 135 million yuan The following is the full text of the announcement:
