On the evening of November 21, 2014, Jinlitai announced that the company recently signed a joint investment agreement with Axalta Coating Systems Singapore Holding P.

According to the letter of intent, the registered capital of the joint venture company is estimated to be RMB 60 million, of which Jinlitai plans to invest RMB 306 million, accounting for 510% of the shares, and Axalta Singapore intends to invest RMB 294 million, accounting for 490% of the shar.

The joint venture company will mainly engage in marketing and sales of paints and coatings for commercial trucks (including light, medium and heavy trucks), and provide after-sales service and technical suppo.

The company stated that the establishment of the joint venture will enable the company to enter the joint venture brand car manufacturer's supply supporting system and expand the market spa.
