④The product materials for bidding and marking must have a qualified test report issued by the National Transportation Safety Facilities Quality Supervision and Inspection Center that meets the relevant provisions of the solvent common type in the national transportation industry standard JT/T280-2004 "Pavement Marking Coatings";

⑤If the marking paint to be used is not produced by the bidder itself, the bidder shall provide the original only authorization letter of the marking paint manufacturer for this project when opening the bid.
