    On June 29th, Latrobe Magnesium in Australia announced that they had signed a memorandum of understanding with RWE Power in Germany.
    The two parties will cooperate to build a 30,000-ton magnesium plant using RWE Power’s Hambach mine near Cologne, Germany.
