Letter from the China Food Industry Association seeking comments on the group standard (public draft) of the Ancient Law Handmade Soy Sauce

All relevant units, experts: After the application of relevant enterprises in the industry, the China Food Industry Association Standardization Committee in early 2020 launched the "ancient law manual soy sauce" group standards.
the start of the work, the drafting working group, in accordance with the standard-setting procedures, organized the completion of the public draft of the group standard for the Ancient Law Handmade Soy Sauce (see annex 1) and the preparation note (see annex 2), which is now open to industry for comments.
for comments will be held from 14 December 2020 to 14 January 2021.
please fill in the amendments in the format of Annex 3 (please return if you do not have any comments) and send them back to the China Food Coordination And Taste Expert Committee by January 14, 2021: food205@163.com.
