By 2019, all three-level hospitals in the jurisdiction should achieve a level 3 or above of the level of electronic medical record application, that is, to achieve data exchange between different departments in the hospital, and by 2020, to achieve a graded evaluation of more than 4 levels, that is, the hospital to achieve hospital-wide information sharing, and with medical decision-making support function.
"Notice" proposed that medical institutions should, on the basis of inpatient medical records, medical instructions and other systems, give priority to electronic medical records information to outpatient, pharmacy, nursing, anesthesia surgery, imaging, testing, pathology and other medical treatment links to expand. In order to establish a close medical association, the electronic medical record information system of various medical institutions in the medical association should be interconnected. Medical institutions are encouraged to use information technology such as the Internet to expand the space and content of medical services, carry out online re-diagnosis of some common diseases and chronic diseases, allow physicians to prescribe some common diseases and chronic diseases online after mastering patient medical records, and pharmacists to review prescriptions and distribute medicines online. Encourage the embedding of mature artificial intelligence into electronic medical records information systems.
