Resuming production enterprises must strictly implement the leadership and shift system, schedule a duty plan, strengthen on-duty duty and safety protection, strictly monitor key places and important parts such as workshops, warehouses, and tank farms, strengthen inspections, and handle abnormal situations in a timely and effective manner.
It is necessary to conscientiously implement the leadership on-duty system, strengthen inspections of production sites, keep abreast of safety trends, maintain unblocked communications, promptly and properly handle various emergencies, and report relevant situations in accordance with regulations.
