Algeria's mainstream Arab media "Dawn" published a report on March 30 entitled " List of Foods Temporarily Banned from Export ".
The full text is excerpted as follows:

The General Administration of Customs issued Directive No.
1340, titled "Export of Basic Foodstuffs", which divides the temporarily banned foods into 83 categories according to different tariff items, all of which are widely consumed in the Algerian market

According to Dawning News, the list will take effect from March 29, 2022

The list includes eggs, potatoes and potato products, dried vegetables, flour, soybean oil, oils for industrial production, various types of sugar
