Chen Fang, Dean of Liuzhou Snail Noodles Industry College of Liuzhou Vocational and Technical College, introduced that snail noodles and spicy strips have many similarities, and there are also many common confusions.

Zhang Yudong, the founder of Mala Prince's authentic spicy tiao brand, also introduced the original intention of co-organizing the spicy tiao class at the exchange meeting.

It is understood that Pingjiang, Hunan is the birthplace of spicy strips, and Liuzhou, Guangxi is the birthplace of snail noodles.

In May 2020, China's first snail noodle industry college was established in Liuzhou, and in September 2020, China's first professional class for spicy noodles was established in Pingjiang, Hunan
