On April 7th, Livzon Pharmaceutical issued an announcement stating that the company and its wholly-owned subsidiary Livzon Microspheres have recently received the approval of triptorelin pamoate microspheres for injection from the State Food and Drug Administration.

After 6 years of research and development, triptorelin pamoate microspheres for injection is a high-end long-acting microsphere preparation independently developed by Livzon Pharmaceutical.

The announcement shows that this product is a gonadotropin releasing hormone agonist injected intramuscularly every three months, and is indicated for the treatment of locally advanced or metastatic prostate cancer.
