Content Introduction Chinese Abstract: Objective: To explore the mechanism of molecular hydrogen at the cellular level
.
Innovation: The use of synchrotron radiation infrared spectroscopy technology to evaluate the impact of hydrogen nanobubbles on E.
coli at the cellular level, and expand the application range of synchrotron radiation infrared spectroscopy
.
Methods: After treating E.
coli with hydrogen nanobubbles, synchrotron radiation infrared spectroscopy was used to measure its infrared spectra, and principal component analysis was used to analyze the changes in cell composition
.
Conclusion: After hydrogen nanobubble treatment, the protein and fatty acid composition of the cells changed significantly, but the nucleic acid and polysaccharide composition did not change significantly
.
These results indicate that the target of hydrogen may be the cell membrane
.
In addition, the role of hydrogen molecules is not consistent with traditional antioxidants (tannins)
.
Key words: hydrogen nanobubbles; synchrotron radiation infrared spectroscopy; E.
