On the basis of formulating the "Medical Waste Classification Catalog", the National Health Commission also formulated the "Medical Waste Exemption Management List" (hereinafter referred to as the "List")

The "List" stipulates some non-risk or low-risk medical waste, and when the corresponding conditions are met, exempted management can be implemented in accordance with the provisions of the exempted content
