Introduction

Recipe details
Preparation
(1) Add the dehydration catalyst, foaming agent, char-forming agent and appropriate amount of water to the sand mill (or ball mill, colloid mill), disintegrate and mix uniformly, and sieve to obtain slurry a;
(2) Stir the paint additives and appropriate amount of water in the mixing tank to obtain liquid b;
(3) Stir the pigments and fillers and appropriate amount of water in the mixing tank to obtain slurry c; the total water consumption in the coating is the solids in the coating 30%~60% of the content.
