    With the support of the National Natural Science Foundation of China (approval number: 22125701, 21877104, 22107097, 22020102003), the team of academician Zhang Hongjie and researcher Liu Kai of Tsinghua University has made new progress in establishing an intracellular DNA digital information storage and rewriting system, and the relevant results have been "in vivo processing of digital in living cells.


    The living cell information storage and rewriting system has significantly improved in terms of reducing information redundancy, improving information storage capacity, simplifying information reading process, and improving information preservation security, which solves the problem that DNA as a storage medium cannot accurately rewrite big data information, and reflects the application potential
