Food Partners Network News Myanmar Eleven Daily (ELEVEN) January 16 news: Dr. Ohmar Soe Win said at the third food safety and health conference: "In order to ensure consumer food safety, for food safety after the market, we have developed a 2020-2021 plan and monthly implementation, every two months for different categories of products, March to December 2020, respectively, drinking water, seafood, meat, chili powder, dairy products, cooking oil sampling."
January and February 2021, the FDA will conduct nationwide inspections of beverages on the market.
"In 2018 and 2019, the FDA conducted training in drinking water production in accordance with good production practices, inspected drinking water production enterprises, and ordered non-conforming enterprises to suspend production and other measures, after rectification in line with production standards before they can continue production.
