Now that there is a practice of allowing residents to collect nucleic acid by themselves in some places, is this practice worth promoting? In addition, recently, nucleic acid testing institutions have been seriously dealt with because of fraud and other behaviors, please further respond to how to further supervise?

 

Guo Yanhong: We all know that nucleic acid sampling is an important part of the nucleic acid detection process, so the organization and management of sampling and standardized operation are very important, not only to ensure the quality of sampling, but also to avoid the risk of
cross-infection.
First of all, in the on-site organization and management of sampling points, it is necessary to set up clear signs, plan the routes of entry and exit, all sampling personnel can ensure one-way flow, and at the same time clarify the sampling process and precautions, strengthen the maintenance of sampling order, and guide the public to do a good job in personal protection
in the sampling process.
Secondly, individuals should standardize the wearing of masks during the process of nucleic acid testing and sampling, do not gather, and at the same time keep a distance of more than one meter from the people in front and behind, and consciously obey the guidance
of on-site staff.
During the sampling process, wait for the person in front to leave, and the sampler will complete hand disinfection before stepping forward

At the same time, at the time of sampling, the person being sampled cannot touch any items on the sampling table, and wear a mask as soon as possible after sampling and quickly leave the sampling site

We have noticed that some places try to carry out nucleic acid self-collection in different forms, but special attention should be paid to the standardization, effectiveness and safety of self-collected nucleic acid, and a sound implementation plan should be formulated, and at the same time, it is necessary to do a good job in organizing implementation and strengthening technical guidance

Because the quality standardization and safety of sampling are very important, even if it is self-collected nucleic acid, the quality of
sampling must be guaranteed.

 

For nucleic acid testing, we have always strictly followed the access and quality control of testing qualifications, continuously optimized technical specifications, and focused on strengthening the supervision
of testing institutions, including third-party testing institutions.
Since the beginning of this year, the health administrative departments of Beijing, Hefei, Anhui, Shijiazhuang, Hebei, Xuchang, Inner Mongolia and other places have found some violations of laws and regulations in the supervision of testing institutions, and have all imposed serious penalties
.
Some offending institutions and individuals have also been held criminally responsible
