"La Repubblica" on August 12 reported that the Nigerian Food Technology and Quality Control Department (DFTQC) has been on the state-owned dairy sued Development Corporation (DDC), the latter accused of selling substandard dairy products

In an inspection conducted in October last year, DFTQC found that DDC had sold 194,975 kilograms of substandard butter, most of which had expired, and many products had no labels
