Recently, the Quality and Safety Research Group of the Institute of Vegetables and Flowers of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences explored the preparation method of a new type of porous composite material (3DGA@COFs), and successfully applied it to the analysis of vegetable organophosphorus pesticide residues, in order to effectively improve the accuracy and Detection efficiency provides a new path.
Organophosphorus pesticides are highly toxic to the human body.
According to researcher Xu Donghui, the team creatively guided the self-assembly and growth of COFs through the flexible surface of three-dimensional graphene hydrogel (3DGA), and successfully prepared 3DGA@COFs composite materials.
Combined with solid-phase extraction technology, this research successfully established a high sensitivity, strong selectivity, and reproducible detection method for organophosphorus pesticides.
The research was funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the National Key Research and Development Program, the National Bulk Vegetable Industry Technology System, and the Science and Technology Innovation Project of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, as well as the support of the Key Laboratory of Vegetable Quality and Safety Control of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs.
