    species diversity is one of the core research issues in systems and evolutionary biology, biometrics and ecology. Higher species diversity in one region may be due to the recent rapid radiation evolution of groups, or it may be the result of long-term accumulation and preservation of species in the region. China has about 30,000 species of tube plants, the richness of plant diversity in the world. The history of systematic development and evolution of China's botany system is also a scientific issue of great concern to relevant scholars all over the world.
    Recently, the Chen End Research Group of the Institute of Botany of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, in collaboration with researchers from Nanjing Forestry University, the University of Florida and the National Specimens Museum of Australia, revealed the space-time pattern formed by the development diversity of Chinese meth plant systems by reconstructing the systematic development trees and time trees of Chinese bee plants, combined with species distribution data.
    the study found that, in terms of time, about 66 percent of China's mesothe plant genus appeared after the Mesoceno, and that herbs have experienced rapid differentiation over the past 30 million years than woody plants. From the spatial point of view, there are significant differences in the differentiation pattern of plants in eastern and western China: the average differentiation time of the eastern mesquite plant genus is earlier, the system development is discrete, the system development diversity is high, and the western plant genus is the opposite. After further comparative analysis of the differentiation pattern of herb genus and woody plant genus, it is found that western China is the center of differentiation of many herb plants, and since 30 million years, the proportion of herb genus differentiation is much higher than that of woody plant genus;
    The study, by simulating the construction of life trees at the species level, compared and analyzed the space-time pattern of the developmental diversity of The genus and species level system in China, identified the hot spots (genus: Guangdong, Guangxi, Guizhou and Hainan, Species: Yunnan) that should be protected respectively, and proposed the establishment of cross-provincial nature reserves and national parks in eastern China, so as to more systematically protect the higher systematic development diversity of the region, so that the early origin of the new groups and recent differentiation.
