It is understood that this inspection operation focuses on checking whether the operators of livestock and poultry products strictly implement the purchase inspection record system, whether the operators of edible agricultural product wholesale markets and agricultural (market) trade markets strictly implement the inspection requirements for the entry of livestock and poultry products, and whether they are slaughtered from designated locations.
Up to now, a total of 150 law enforcement officers have been dispatched to inspect 28 agricultural (market) markets, 10 large and medium-sized shopping malls and supermarkets, 7 small meat processing workshops, 257 livestock and poultry product business units, and 400 catering service units.
