For sampling unqualified samples, law enforcement personnel carefully investigate and verify the reasons for unqualified products, supervise enterprises to carry out inventory of unqualified products, delisting and removal from shelves and recalls, and put an end to fines and releases, non-stop production of suspended certificates, and simple combined punishments

Where the circumstances of the violation are serious, such as intentional adulteration, repeated investigation and repeat offenders, or large case value, they are to be given heavier punishments, and it is strictly forbidden to adopt criticism and education, urge rectification, or offline handling clearly provided for by laws and regulations, and punish relevant practitioners who meet the requirements for industry prohibition or fines, and transfer all suspected crimes to judicial organs
