Northeast Pharmaceutical will be acquired by a comprehensive tender offer

On August 23, Northeast Pharmaceutical issued an announcement stating that Fangda Steel had acquired all shares of Northeast Pharmaceutical held by Dongyao Group and Shengjing Financial Holding Group and triggered the tender offer

After the completion of the transfer, Fangda Steel and its concerted parties hold 57.

It is reported that Dongyao Group and Shengjing Financial Holding Group publicly solicited all the transferees of Northeast Pharmaceutical's shares held by them in the Shenyang United Property Rights Exchange in June, and transferred 255 million shares, accounting for 18.

Before the transfer, Fangda Steel and its concerted parties had held 525 million shares of Northeast Pharmaceutical, accounting for 38.
