In accordance with the requirements of the Notice of Dazhou Market Supervision Administration on Issuing the Food Safety Sampling and Monitoring Plan of the City-wide Market Supervision System and the Municipal Supervision and Sampling Inspection of Drug Quality in 2022 (Chuanshi Jianfa [2022] No.
15), the Dazhou Market Supervision and Administration Bureau organized and carried out the joint supervision and sampling of
food supervision and inspection in Dazhou in 2022.
A total of 70 batches of catering food, quick-frozen food and condiments were selected, of which 62 batches were qualified and 8 batches were unqualified
.

For the unqualified samples found in the random inspection, our bureau has instructed the local market supervision and administration bureau to organize verification and disposal in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, urge food trading enterprises to find out the flow direction, and take measures such as removing and recalling unqualified products to control risks; Violations of laws and regulations shall be dealt with strictly in accordance with
law.
