Recently, the Market Supervision Bureau of Guizhou Province organized food safety supervision and random inspection, and sampled 1571 batches of samples of 24 major categories of food, including biscuits, catering foods, tea and related products, fried foods and nut products, starch and starch products, condiments, soy products, convenience foods, bee products, pastries, canned food, alcohol, grain processing products, meat products, dairy products, edible agricultural products, edible oils, oils and fats and their products, vegetable products, potatoes and puffed foods, fruit products, quick-frozen foods, candy products, beverages and health foods.
27 batches of samples were found to be unqualified
in 11 major categories of food, including biscuits, catering foods, fried foods and nut products, condiments, pastries, alcohol, grain processing products, meat products, vegetable products, potatoes, puffed foods and beverages 。 The unqualified items involved the total number of colonies, coliform bacteria, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, sucralose, cyclamate (based on cyclohexyl sulfamic acid), sodium saccharin (based on saccharin), dehydroacetic acid and its sodium salt (based on dehydroacetic acid), sorbic acid and its potassium salt (in terms of sorbic acid), the sum of the proportions of their respective dosages to their maximum use when mixed with preservatives, peroxide value (in terms of fat), acid value (in terms of fat), etc

For the unqualified food found by random inspection, the Guizhou Provincial Market Supervision Bureau has instructed the local market supervision department to immediately organize verification and disposal, find out the flow of products, and urge enterprises to take measures such as removing and recalling unqualified products to control risks; Violations of laws and regulations shall be dealt with in a timely manner in accordance with
