Recently, the Market Supervision Bureau of Guizhou Province organized food safety supervision and random inspection, sampling 1569 batches of samples of 19 major categories of food, such as catering food, fried food and nut products, starch and starch products, condiments, soy products, convenience foods, pastries, canned food, alcohol, grain processing products, meat products, dairy products, edible agricultural products, edible oils, oils and fats and their products, vegetable products, potatoes and puffed foods, fruit products, candy products, beverages, etc.

The unqualified items involved the total number of colonies, mold, trimethoprim, chloramphenicol, fipronil, imidacloprid, clothianidin, thiamethoxam, aluminum residue (dry sample, in Al), sulfur dioxide residue, sodium saccharin (in terms of saccharin), cyclamate (in terms of cyclohexyl sulfamic acid), cyanide (in terms of HCN), acid value (in terms of fat), peroxide value (in terms of fat), etc
