Notice of Hainan Provincial Administration for Market Regulation on 12 batches of unqualified food (Issue 27, 2022)

Recently, the Hainan Provincial Administration for Market Supervision organized a sampling inspection of 642 batches of edible agricultural products, catering foods, meat products, condiments, starch and starch products, cocoa and roasted coffee products, pastries, quick-frozen foods and convenience foods, including 630 batches of qualified samples and 12 batches of unqualified samples (see attachment for testing items).

The problems found mainly include excessive residues of agricultural and veterinary drugs, non-compliance of quality indicators and over-range use
of food additives.

 

For the unqualified products found in the sampling inspection, the local market supervision department has taken measures to investigate and deal with them according to law, and ordered the operators of the centralized trading market for edible agricultural products to find out the purchase channel, place of origin and other information and report to the relevant departments, food production enterprises to find out the flow of products, recall unqualified products, analyze the reasons for rectification, sellers of edible agricultural products immediately stop sales of unqualified products, and immediately take measures such as removing from the shelves in the food business link to prevent and control risks

The risk prevention and control measures and verification and disposal results of unqualified products will be announced
on the website of the relevant city and county market supervision department.

 

The specific situation of sampling unqualified food is hereby notified as follows:

 

First, the problem of excessive residues of veterinary drugs
