If an importer or cargo owner entrusts a third-party logistics company to provide transportation, warehousing and other services, the third-party logistics company shall take the initiative to provide information on the safety and epidemic prevention needs of the relevant articles to the third-party logistics company when the goods are delivered to the third-party logistics company.
Imported articles that have entered the domestic storage, sales and processing links but have not obtained proof of nucleic acid testing negativeness and disinfection shall implement the main responsibility, select independent areas that will not cause pollution to other items for temporary storage, and complete nucleic acid testing and preventive disinfection of stock items as soon as possible, and may store, process and sell them only after obtaining nucleic acid test negative and disinfection certificates.
The production and operation unit shall establish a full traceability system for imported goods, record the list of employees who have direct contact with the goods entering the factory, entering the store, production and processing, and make a good record of the inspection of the goods, the records of the materials, the records of the factory sales and the records of the flow of the goods, record the names, specifications, quantities and names, addresses and contact information of the suppliers, record the use of the goods, record the names, quantities and names, addresses and contact information of the purchasers, etc., and make the source search available.

3. The production and operation units involved in the processing, handling, transportation, storage and sale of imported articles shall adjust and update the health management system of employees in accordance with the requirements of the outbreak prevention and control of the new coronary pneumonia, implement the management measures for the prevention and control of the new coronavirus, formulate emergency disposal plans for the outbreak of the new coronary pneumonia, deal with and report the epidemic situation in a timely manner, and effectively prevent the spread of the new coronavirus.

4. General requirements for personal protection.

5. Practitioners return to work.

6. Strengthen the promotion of knowledge on prevention and control.
