On 6 February, there were 11 new confirmed cases and 1 local case

From 0:24 p.m. on February 6, 31 provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government) and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps reported 11 new confirmed cases, of which 10 were imported from abroad (Shanghai 3, Beijing 2, Jiangsu 2, Guangdong 2, Hunan 1), 1 local case (in Jilin);
70 new cases were cured and discharged from hospital on the same day, 2,596 close contacts were removed from medical observation, and 2 cases of severe illness were reduced from the previous day.
283 confirmed cases (of which 6 are serious cases) and 3 suspected cases have been imported from outside China. A total of 4790 confirmed cases, a total of 4507 cases cured out of hospital, no deaths.
As of 2400 hours on February 6, 31 provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government) and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps reported that there were 1,176 confirmed cases (of which 25 were serious cases), a total of 83,880 cases were cured and discharged from hospital, 4636 cumulative deaths were reported, 89,692 confirmed cases were reported, and 3 suspected cases were reported. A total of 970,667 close contacts were traced, and 30,212 close contacts were still under medical observation.
31 provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the central government) and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps reported 13 new cases of asymptomatic infection (11 cases imported from abroad);
received a total of 11580 confirmed cases from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. Of these,
10608 cases (9828 discharges, 186 deaths), 48 cases (46 discharges) in the Macao Special Administrative Region and 924 cases in
regions (843 discharges and 9 deaths).
