    Recipe introduction

    This coating is used for waterproofing


    Introduction of raw material ratio (parts by mass)

    Preparation

    (1) According to the above formula, stir the dispersant, film forming aid, defoamer, plasticizer, pH stabilizer, and ultraviolet light absorber in water for 20-30 minutes, and add pigments and fillers for high-speed dispersion for 30-40 minutes


    (2) Pour the polyurethane/acrylate composite emulsion slowly, stir at low speed for 20-30 minutes, add leveling agent, defoamer, and thickener, and continue to stir at low speed for 10-20 minutes to obtain the formula


    Raw material compatibility

    The proportion of each component of the formula is in the range of 30~90 for polyurethane/acrylate composite emulsion, 5~45 for pigments and fillers, 0.


    Among them, the polyurethane/acrylate composite emulsion is a self-made or commercially available waterborne polyurethane/acrylate building waterproof coating emulsion


    The dispersant is sodium polysodate 5060, 5040, 1124 (trade name) or sodium hexametaphosphate


    The film-forming auxiliary is benzyl alcohol or TEXANO (trade name)


    The defoaming agent is fatty oil NopcoNXZ or Nopco8034 (trade name)


    The plasticizer is dioctyl phthalate, dibutyl phthalate and the like


    Pigments and fillers are titanium dioxide, talc, kaolin, color paste or mica powder or heavy calcium carbonate


    The thickener is cellulose 481HEC or TH-80 (trade name)
