    African swine fever 1. 7 outbreaks of wild boar African swine fever in Germany On 3 December, the German Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Food reported that 7 outbreaks of wild boar African swine fever occurred in two regions, including Saxony and Brandenburg, and 82 wild boars were killed.
    2. On 4 and 8 December, 11 outbreaks of wild boar African swine fever occurred in Latvia, and the Veterinary Service of the Ministry of Agriculture of Latvia informed that 11 outbreaks of wild boar African swine fever had occurred in seven places, including the city of Sardus, and 17 wild boars had been culled.

    13. On 9 December, the Belgian Federal Health, Food and Environment Agency reported an outbreak of H5 subtype highly pathogenic avian influenza in poultry in Belgium, killing one poultry infection and culling seven in a farmer in the province of Namuir.
    Other animal diseases 1. 3 outbreaks of type 4 blue tongue disease in Croatia on 3 December, the Veterinary Service of the Ministry of Agriculture of Croatia informed that there were 3 outbreaks of type 4 blue tongue disease in two places, including Loystra County, and six cattle were infected.
    2. On 6 December, 16 rabies outbreaks occurred in Malaysia, and the Veterinary Services Department of the Ministry of Livestock Resources and Technology Development of Malaysia reported 16 rabies outbreaks in Sarawak, where 16 stray cats and dogs were culled.
