    4 After the air temperature of the system meets the process requirements, start feeding By observing the material state of the bed, adjust the air regulating valve of the air inlet and outlet pipes, so that the drying system is in the normal working air volume and temperature state (the temperature of the hot air pipe is 140 ℃, the pressure is ≤ 2KPa, the temperature of the induced air pipe is 80 ℃, the pressure is micro negative pressure), so that the bed is not sticky or leaked, and the material is in the fluidization state on the bed 5 After the adjustment is normal, the material shall be fed uniformly and continuously, and the material quantity shall be increased gradually from small to small; observe whether the discharge of the product at the outlet of the vibrating fluidized bed dryer is uniform, and regularly check the moisture content and output of the product 6 When the vibrated fluidized bed dryer stops working, first stop feeding, when the outlet of the dryer is no longer discharging, then close the power supply of the vibrated motor of the fluidized bed dryer; then close the steam pipe valve, stop heating, and make the drying system gradually cool down; when the air temperature drops below 70 ℃, close the power supply of the blower and other motors, and then close the induced draft fan III operation and operation of the vibrating fluidized bed dryer 1 Before use, confirm that the voltage of the power supply meets the requirements and that there is no foreign matter in each fan 2 Open the heating valve of induced draft fan, blower and steam pipe, the system will generate hot air, preheat the drying system, and observe whether there is air leakage at each connection If there is air leakage, fasten it in time After the preheating requirements are met (the temperature of hot air inlet is about 130 ℃), adjust the valves of each air inlet to make the drying system in the normal working air volume and temperature state 3 Turn on the vibration motor, and observe whether the vibration of the lower box body and the bed is stable If any instability is found, turn off the vibration motor immediately to find out the reason 4 At the beginning of feeding, observe the feeding condition at any time When feeding, the material shall enter the feeding port of the vibrating fluidized bed dryer evenly and quantitatively 5 Observe whether the products at the outlet of the vibrating fluidized bed dryer are discharged evenly, and regularly check the moisture content and output of the products 6 Open the air shutter at the outlet of the cyclone regularly
    7 When the drying system stops working, the feeding shall be stopped first When the discharging port of the dryer is no longer discharging, the power supply of the vibration motor can be cut off to stop the operation of the vibration fluidized bed dryer Then, the steam pipe valve shall be closed to stop generating hot air (refer to the corresponding instructions when using other heat sources), so that the drying system will gradually cool down Later, the blower and other motors shall be closed At this time, the whole drying system stops working 8 The user shall gradually accumulate experience in the use process, find out the best working parameters, and make the whole set of equipment reach the best working state.
