Based on the problems found in the research, Zhao Jing and others conducted in-depth analysis and made recommendations, with a view to promoting the development of the two countries in the field of Chinese medicine through measures such as standardizing Chinese medicine practice, expanding medical insurance coverage of Chinese medicine, and improving Chinese medicine education and academic certification.

Zhao Jing suggested that the Polish traditional Chinese medicine market should be regulated with reference to the ISO international standard of Chinese medicine.

"Traditional Chinese medicine has formed many effective methods such as medicine, diet therapy, acupuncture, massage, scraping, cupping, Tai Chi, etc.

At the same time, in view of the shortcomings in Chinese medicine education and training, Zhao Jing suggested that the cooperation between universities and scientific research institutions of the two countries should be strengthened, and continuing education and degree education for doctors and medical students should be carried out through a combination of short-term and long-term methods to help them Establish the concept of Chinese medicine, master related therapies, and understand the latest clinical and research progress of Chinese medicine.
