If things go on like this, not only will the province's competitive advantages established over the years have ceased to exist, it will even lead to the hollowing out of the industry.
Experts from the China Epoxy Industry Association ( said that whether the layout optimization problem can be properly resolved will play a decisive role in the success of industrial transformation and upgrading.
In this regard, local governments should attach great importance to it and actively take countermeasures.
The planning and construction of a professional chemical park needs to be considered in a larger scale, coordinated and promoted.
