Paint waterproof layer includes inorganic waterproof coating and organic waterproof coating. 1, the choice of paint
(1) wet grass should be selected with a large adhesion of wet substate waterproof paint, can also be applied inorganic waterproof paint and then applied organic waterproof coating to form a composite waterproof coating;
(2) winter construction should choose reactive coatings;
(3) buried in a deep depth of important projects, vibration or large deformation of the project, should choose high-elastic waterproof coatings,
(4) corrosive underground environment should be used corrosion-resistant organic waterproof coatings;
(5) polymer cement waterproof coating should be selected ii. type products

2, the requirements of
(1) grass-roots treatment: inorganic waterproof coating base surface should be clean, flat, no floating slurry and obvious water accumulation; Before the construction of the coating, the grass-roots yin and yang angle should be made into an arc, the yin angle diameter should be >50mm, the yang angle diameter should be >10mm
(2) corner waterproof reinforcement layer: in the bottom plate corner should be increased tire body enhancement material, and should be applied waterproof coating.
(3) coating thickness: the thickness of cement-based waterproof coating ≮3.0mm with adments and compounds, the amount of cement-based osmotic crystalline waterproof coating ≮1.5kg/m2, and the thickness of ≮1.0mm≮
(4) coating joint: paint should be layered evenly brushed or sprayed, not≮ leakage brush leakage;
(5) tire body enhancement material: the tire body layer should be fully soaked in waterproof paint, no dew and folds.
(6) construction method: waterproof coating should be used outside the outer coating or external anti-internal coating method construction.
(7) construction environment: paint waterproof layer is strictly prohibited in rain and fog days, 5 levels and above when the wind, not in the construction environment temperature below 50C and above 350C or hot sun when the construction. If there is rain possible before the coating curing, the protection work of the finished coating should be done in time.
(8) protective layer construction: paint waterproof layer construction should be done in time to protect the layer. The bottom plate and roof plate shall adopt 20mm thick 1:2.5 cement mortar layer and 40 to 50mm thick fine stone crucity protection layer, the side wall back water protection layer should adopt 20mm thick 1:2.5 cement mortar, and the side wall surface protection layer should be used soft protective material or 20mm thick 1:2.5 cement mortar.
