On January 20, the Fujian Provincial Food and Drug Administration’s “Notice on Regulating the Allocation of Licensed Pharmacists in Pharmaceutical Retail Enterprises and Simplifying the Establishment Procedures” clarified that in accordance with the spirit of the relevant documents, the approval procedures for the establishment of pharmacies will be optimized, and the application for the establishment of pharmaceutical retail enterprises will be cancelled.

On December 1st last year, the Heilongjiang Provincial Food and Drug Administration also discussed the optimization of the approval for the establishment of drug business (retail) licenses, the cancellation of the approval for the establishment of drug retail chain stores and drug retail enterprises, and the application for the establishment of drugs that only sell Class B non-prescription drugs.

Judging from the current situation, all provinces and cities are implementing the requirements in an orderly manner in accordance with the requirements of the General Office of the State Council.

Open a pharmacy, only use one certificate
