PPG completes the acquisition of the remaining equity in the IVC Asian joint venture

The IVC joint venture was established in 2008 and mainly produces industrial coating products for home appliances and electronic materials

PPG ’s acquisition of the remaining 50 % of the shares in two IVC joint ventures (including Malaysian and Singapore companies) includes all the company’s machinery and equipment, leased properties, liquidity, customer lists and business relationships, as well as distribution rights in various regions in Asia .
