PPG is to acquire Ennis-Flint, a global paint maker

PITTSBURGH, 3 December 2020 - PPG (NYSE: PPG) today announced that it has reached a final agreement to acquire Ennis-Flint, a global paint maker.
Ennis-Flint has an extensive portfolio of road marking products, including paints, thermoplastics and advanced transportation technologies.
