    Professor Li Chunmei of the School of Food Science and Technology, Huahua Agricultural University, published an online review article entitled "Lipid rafts as potential mechanistic targets
    pletropicio actions of polyphenols" on September 21st in the international top journal

This paper points out from the unique perspective of lipid raft interaction with polyphenols that cell membrane lipid rafts may be potential molecular targets for dietary polyphenols to perform a variety of biological activities, and describes the molecular mechanisms of polyphenols to multi-biological activity by affecting lipid rafts and the research methods for the interaction between polyphenols and lipid rafts. The first author is Wang Ruifeng, a doctoral student at Hua zhong agricultural university, and the communication is written by Professor Li Chunmei.
