Q-LAB's BRAD REIS was elected Chairman of the Paint and Coatings Branch of asTM Standards Committee

Brad has served as interim chairman of the division since June 2013.
Brad is an active member of several ASTM standards committees and sub-committees, and he has participated in a number of working groups and revised a number of standards. He is the head of the working group that issued the modern traffic coating aging standard ASTM D7869 and the project leader for revising the non-metallic material UV exposure standard ASTM G154. Brad Reis is now Vice President of Global Markets at Q-Lab.
23-year career, Mr. Reis has held various technical leadership positions in marketing, new product development, applied engineering, equipment design, and intellectual property. Prior to joining Q-Lab, he worked for several leading technology companies, including General Electric, W. L. Gore and Associates, and most recently GrafTech International.
Brad holds more than 30 U.S. patents and has published several articles on electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding and thermal management.
