In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China and its implementation regulations and the arrangement of Qingdao Food Case Source Supervision and Sampling Plan, in order to further ensure food safety, the Qingdao Market Supervision Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Detachment conducted supervision and sampling inspection of 51 batches of samples in 11 categories, including catering food, starch and starch products, soy products, alcohol, grain processing products, meat products, edible agricultural products, edible oil, oils and fats and their products, vegetable products, and condiment foods, of which 1 batch of samples was unqualified.
It was detected that the addition of food additives in excess of the limit caused the problem
of food non-conformity.

For the unqualified products found in the above-mentioned sampling inspection, the Municipal Bureau has ordered the enterprise to find out the unqualified products, control the risks, analyze the reasons for rectification, and file a case for investigation, and the unqualified products involved have been verified and disposed of as required
