    Vietnam implements a series of certification and accreditation requirements for imported fruits and vegetables, including certification for free sale (CFS)14, certification for analysis license (COA-C/A), license for processed plant products, and quarantine import license for plants and plant produc.

    Export enterprises must submit an application for import phytosanitary registration to the phytosanitary agency by post or through the national one-stop mechanism (online)15 and follow the relevant regulations of the Phytosanitary Procedure (33/2014/TT-BNNPTNT)16 Quarantine, the process includes declaration, inspection and quarantine, issuance and release,e.

    In addition, enterprises should also pay attention to the Catalogue of Phytosanitary Items (30/2014/TT-BNNPTNT)17 and the Requirements for Imported Phytosanitary Organisms (15/2020/TT-BNNPTNT)18, which stipulates the plants that Vietnam focuses .

      According to the Food Sanitation Law, Japan implements a Positive List System for agrochemicals imported from fruits and vegetabl.

    The limits of agricultural chemical residues involved in Japan’s positive list system include: following the original limit standards without re-establishing tentative limit standards, tentative standards, prohibited substances, exempted substances and uniform standards2 Up to now, there are 74 exempted substances in tot.

    There are 26 kinds of substances, and there are 21 kinds of banned substances2 In addition, the positive list system adopts uniform standards for agricultural chemicals that have not specified limit standards, that is, the maximum residue limit of agricultural chemicals in food shall not exceed 01p.
