In the Yangtze River Delta, where the chemical industry is developed and the technology level is advanced, the environmental capacity indicators of the chemical park are mainly through the elimination of backward enterprises and equal replacement in the area to achieve the launch of new projects and the transformation and expansion of old projects.
As for the parks that are still in business investment, the situation of the project is even more severe due to too few indicators for replacement.
