Dennis Palecki, director of the liaison department of the Russian Trading Company (RTK), told the Satellite News Agency that the prospects for supplying Russian fish products to China in the next 3-5 years are very good, and the difficulties are temporary.

Prior to this, the company signed a contract with Bohai Aquatic Products to supply Russian fish products to China during the Shanghai Cooperation Organization International Investment and Trade Fair that opened in Qingdao on April 26.

According to Dennis Palecki, the export of seafood to China is still difficult, so the company declined to disclose the specific quantity and amount specified in the agreement signed with its partner.

In the past, about 70% of the fishermen's catch in the Russian Far East was sent to China for processing.
