    Recently, the international journal "Food Chemistry" published online the latest scientific research results of the Jujube Science Innovation Team of Luoyang Normal University.


    It is reported that jujube leaves have high nutritional value and medicinal value.


    This study used ultra performance liquid chromatography/tandem mass spectrometry to study the primary and secondary metabolites of purple leaf buds and green mature leaves.
