Scientists build a platform to analyze age-related immune and gene expression changes |

This study conducted an integrated analysis of the differentially expressed genes and gene sets, immune-related genes and immune cell composition of different age groups

At the same time, the genes known to be related to SARS-CoV-2 and human mesenchymal stem cells were analyzed by examples, and the related applications of ADEIP were demonstrated
As a more comprehensive platform, ADEIP can be used to study aging-related expressions and cross-organizational immune maps, helping to understand the mechanisms of age-related infectious or genetic diseases, so as to develop personalized treatment plans
