    Recently, the research group of Associate Professor Xiong Liqin, appointed by the Dean of Biomedical Engineering of Shanghai Jiaotong University, published the title "Dual-Performance Optimized Silks from Ultra-Low Dose Polymer Dots Feeding and Its Absorption, Distribution and Excretion" in Advanced Fiber Materials, a new journal of SCIE.

    Analysis of the secondary structure of silk found that Pdots used their own functional groups to interact with silk fibroin, which hindered the transition of the conformation of silk fibroin from random coil to β-sheet structure, so the content of β-sheet in silk fibroin decreased.
