The Shenzhen Municipal Work Safety Supervision Bureau currently has 9 administrative approval items for hazardous chemicals and precursor chemicals, which are, in order, hazardous chemical production enterprise safety production license, hazardous chemical business license, hazardous chemical safe use license, and hazardous chemical construction Project safety condition review, hazardous chemical construction project safety facility design review, first-category non-drug precursor chemicals production license, first-category non-drug precursor chemicals business license, non-drug precursor chemicals 9 items including product production, business filing, and trial production filing of hazardous chemical construction projects.

The Shenzhen Municipal Work Safety Supervision Bureau stated that it is applying for the issuance of safety production licenses for hazardous chemicals production enterprises, the issuance of hazardous chemicals safe use licenses, the review of safety conditions for hazardous chemical construction projects, and the production of Class I non-pharmaceutical precursor chemicals.
